EXCHANGE POLICY: We offer exchanges or in-store credit. No credit card refunds will be issued. Make exchanges 14 days from receipt. Gifts purchased between November 15 and December 24, will have until January 15th, the following year, to be received by our returns department for exchange or store credit.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM: Ship unworn, in orginial condition, items to 51 University Avenue, Suite A, Los Gatos, CA 95030. Original tags must be attached to the garment. Include a copy of your invoice, written instructions for exchange or store credit. Store credit does not expire. Special Notation: If the gament is soiled, damaged, washed or if any of the tags have been removed, the garment will be sent back to the purchaser at the purchaser's expense.
